On May 21, 2024, after a series of strange circumstances, I felt compelled to sit and write this letter. This is not a channeled letter, as I do not channel, but it was guided. I was asked and, in this case, I agreed. I meant to send it right away, but it resonated with many others. Soon after, a hard copy petition was created. With more signatures collected, I plan to mail this off in August, 2024.

Honorable President Biden:
I am writing today, representing myself and my fellow experiencers of the non-human intelligence (NHI) phenomena. We are not here to add to the existing problem of the manner in which we, as a country, are to deal with NHI. We are here to ask to be part of the solution. We want to help.
While there are some who would complain about the timing, slow drip, or details of a more comprehensive NHI revelation, the vast majority of experiencers would breathe a collective sigh of relief just to receive acknowledgement from you that the phenomena exists. A public validation from our government, a government for the people, by the people, would be the first gesture of cooperation that we have longed for.
We recognize that witness experience and our individual takeaway are as varied and diverse as the NHI. The unseen world is as big and complex as the one we know with our physical senses. That is a daunting, complicated concept for anyone to understand. We have never expected our government to have all the answers. We do, however, expect our government to be honest about what it does know.
Some believe that one of the reasons why the U.S. government cannot publicly acknowledge its awareness of the existence of NHI is because experiencers would seek reparations for health issues directly related to their contact experiences. For example, if our military was aware of the unidentified craft over Irvington, Indiana in 1983, and properly notified its citizens to stay inside, would Deb Kauble (aka Kathy Davis of Budd Hopkins Intruders) have gone outside to chase away the believed burglar in her pool house? Had she stayed inside, she would not have been blinded by the light of the craft, causing the macular degeneration in her eyes. Terry Lovelace (Incident at Devil's Den), while an active member of the USAF, suffered terrible injuries as a result of his contact with NHI. More reprehensible was the manner in which his superiors dealt with the matter. Inhumane behavior from NHI is expected. Abuse and bullying from military superiors is an act of shameful cowardice. It is un-American. These are but two examples of countless stories shared by experiencers. We have zero representation. We have suffered physical injuries, including radiation, burns, implants, cancer, rape, and live fetal extractions, to name a few. We have no expectation that you can offer any level of solace. We do, however, expect honesty, and a seat at the table. We would like to be a part of the conversation. We would like transparency in the study of UAP artifacts that have been collected, and often stolen, for decades.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression are often part of the contact experience. In some cases, the trauma creates an anxiety-fueled hyper awareness—which, in my personal opinion, also leads to a heightened intuition/psychic ability—that becomes a part of an experiencer's conscious existence. With that awareness comes this fact: We know that you have no control over this situation. We know that you have never had control, and you never will. Waiting for that day is a lost battle. While you have studied reports of the contact, the phenomena has been contacting directly us. Many of us have wisdom to share, if or when asked. To date, you have not offered us a platform. At this point, we have begun to create our own. Some of us would like to invite you to our table, to listen, and offer your input. However, a majority have lost confidence due to your lack of transparency. Explaining that would be incredibly welcome.
On a personal note, I am an experiencer and a shamanic healer. I have encountered all manner of being, known and unknown to this world. I am also a mother and wife, daughter and sister, with a wonderful 25-year career in the aerospace industry. I have a government clearance that I consider an honor and a privilege. My simple thought is that if this is happening to me, surely my government knows about this phenomenon. Especially considering that you have been studying it for as long as I've been alive. It would be a kindness to receive validation of certain facts that we both know to be true.
That said, I also understand that I don't have all the information. I have some understanding of the incredible, often tangled web of compartmentalization. I know that our priority is to keep American citizens safe, or at least that is my hope. Lately, it seems many in Washington are getting away with violations that would land me in jail. It is disappointing and discouraging, yet I remain hopeful. We are a young country, with much to learn. We seem to be going through a bit of a teenage rebellious phase at the moment. I'm confident that we can come together and work through our differences. We can be stronger, but only if we work together. It is sometimes difficult to draw the line between protection and secrecy. Those motives can surreptitiously divert down a path that becomes impossible to wrangle. Sometimes the animal breaks loose of its reins. If that is the case, I will remind you that it is wiser to be honest, then work toward a resolution. This is what I have been taught in my 20 years of security briefings. It is my responsibility, as a citizen, to remind my government of that fact if I believe we are slipping in our core beliefs.
Finally, I will leave you with one piece of information that comes as a result of my personal experience. There are many NHI, all with their own agendas, and not all are aligned with the well-being of the human race. Those who offer support are waiting for us to work together. The sad, simple truth is that you need us as much as we need you. We are not perfect. A great number of us live with the burdens of our trauma from our contact experiences. There may be mental health issues. You will need to vet us as much as we vet ourselves. Also true is that you are equally imperfect. You are lost in a system of lies and misappropriated funds. The vast majority of you are working in temporary jobs where this information will never be revealed to you. You are an elected official, given a short-term task by a fickle bunch of detached citizens. You are not 'in the game." We aren't just in the game; we are the game. We hold the information in our bodies and in our consciousness. We are the untapped resource, and we are offering, with the appropriate boundaries and protection, an equal partnership, as citizens, and as human beings.
