On the road to understanding my experiences (if that is even possible), I’ve read some great books. Here are some of my recommendations. Check them out!
Debra Jordan-Kauble Extraordinary Contact: Life Beyond Intruders is a must read if you’re into contact stories with a physical proof!
Yvonne Smith, C.Ht. Chosen (co-authored with Jim Lough) and Coronado: The President, the Secret Service And Alien Abductions are full of amazing experiencer accounts.
Terry Lovelace Incident at Devils Den: A True Story is a must read if you’re into contact stories with a military angle.
Budd Hopkins was a friend and mentor to two dear people in my life, Yvonne Smith and Deb Kauble. I wish I could have met him.
David M. Jacobs is a lovely guy who doesn’t have nice things to say about the abduction phenomena, which is why you should read his work.
Barbara Lamb is a lovely lady who has nothing but nice things to say about the abduction phenomena, which is why you should read her work.
Annie Jacobsen I’ve never met her, but maybe that’s a good thing because I’d fan-girl embarrass myself. Phenomena: The Secret History of the U.S. Government's Investigations into Extrasensory Perception and Psychokinesis is so adored in my collection that I own it in three formats: book, kindle, & audible. It’s such a great historical reference with true, crazy stories! Her other books are also worth your time.
Diana Pasulka If you’re into the conversation of where ufology fits into Christianity, Diana’s got the academic cred.
Whitley Streiber Yes, Communion put Whitley on the UFO map, but I truly believe his most important work is The Key: A True Encounter
Jacques Vallee Do I need to say anything about this man? Read Passport to Magonia: From Folklore to Flying Saucers and The Invisible College: What a Group of Scientists Has Discovered About UFO Influences on the Human Race then just read everything else…
Joshua Cutchin The Ecology of Souls volumes are a doctoral thesis in “Woo”! Don’t show up at the grown up table without this knowledge in your casserole dish.
Timothy Renner and Josh Cutching wrote Where the Footprints End: High Strangeness and the Bigfoot Phenomenon which is a must-read for Bigfoot lovers. Aside from that, Tim’s got the trifecta of talent: music, writing, and all things painting/drawing, and cool crafty stuff!
Bruce Olav Solheim has written many books, comics and plays! Check out Anzar the Progenitor. I wrote the forward.
Mike Clelland You cannot say “owl” in ufology without this guy’s name following, but Mike is an all around talent, and someone who always replies to my random “what’s it all about” questions with intelligent, thoughful answers.
Chris Bledsoe This guy disappeared from the scene for a while, only to emerge healthier and with a new book! Congratulations Chris. UFO of GOD: The Extraordinary True Story of Chris Bledsoe is where the conversation is going. I highly recommend.
James P. Lough Jim is my friend and mentor. He tolerates all of my silly questions. He knows his stuff. UFO Briefing Book: A Guide to Congressional Oversight of the UAP Phenomenon
